- Send the approval to the Divisional Coordinating Committee before starting the project.
- Obtaining Provisions
- Obtaining Quality Reports (Checking whether the project is suitable for the location)
- Preparation of Estimates.
- Obtaining procurement decisions.
- Project agreement with the relevant parties for the implementation of the project.
- Starting the construction of the project.
- Testing the construction process.
- Paying activities if completed with the construction estimate.
- Taking action to release sums after the expiration of the period.
- Reports of all these projectsshoul be sent to district secratariat and relevant ministries. (All these projects should be completed before 31st December of the year)
